"This is bottled unfiltered (as are most of the wines at this estate) with a minimum of intervention and a deft touch with French oak aging. The grapes are sourced from two vineyards on the Beamsville Bench. Such a gorgeous and penetrating nose of poached pear, apple, lemon, flinty minerality and subtle oak spices. It is rich and creamy on the palate with juicy orchard fruits, toasted vanilla and layered through a long, clean and fresh finish. Very tasty Bench Chardonnay."

"This checks all the boxes for what great Niagara Chardonnay should be. The aromas offer a perfect harmony of fruit met with oak. The aromas are peach, golden delicious apple, and pear. There is nice vanilla, and baking spice - but it doesn’t overpower, it caresses the fruit. On the palate this matches the nose perfectly, but the concentration of all these flavours is so intense it’s vinous pyrotechnics. In spite of its boisterous presence on the palate this wine is incredibly focused and balanced with nice acidity bringing up the finish. The finish is long and satisfying with a lingering note of vanilla. This is exciting, affordable, and one of those wines that you are not likely to find next to food in my house - because this bottle is an adventure on its own. You could hold a bottle for 5-7 years, but I don’t anticipate this lasting very long in my house."

"This is a sophisticated Niagara Chardonnay with a tightly focused and fresh character that truly delights. A blend of Little Vineyard (85 percent) with Chardonnay purchased from another Beamsville Bench site, this is a refined white wine with terrific tension between the acidity, sweetness and alcohol. Fermented and aged for 19 months in French oak, it's marked by attractive leesy notes, with a pleasingly creamy texture. This is deliciously integrated right now, but the best is yet to come. Drink now to 2024. 80 cases."
